After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent at length, the Court expressed disinclination to grant bail. Mr. Shermale, learned counsel took instructions from the brother of the applicant. On instructions, he seeks leave to withdraw the application. Leave granted. 2.

The application stands dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

However, the learned counsel for the applicant prays for a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial. He also states that if the trial is not concluded within six months, liberty to move the application may be granted. Both prayers are not relevant at this juncture. The learned trial Court is already managing the trials of under trial prisoners as per priority and the age of case of the accused.
