The applicants are seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of respondent no.1 - Kashinath Shridhar Kulthe, who admittedly died on 04.01.2020. Learned Counsel Mr. R. R. Suryawanshi, holding

{2} 912-ca10607.23.odt for Mr. Sapkal, advocate for Respondent No.2, though opposed the application on the ground that there is huge delay of 1219 days, but it appears that after the death of respondent no.1, COVID period had started in the month of March 2020. In view of the same, Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses {B} and {C} and disposed of. The amendment be carried out within stipulated period. Stand over to 07.02.2024.
