Considering the submissions advanced and reasons as stated in the application, the sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application is allowed.

(ii) Delay of 32 days caused in filing the Criminal Revision Application against the order of the Family Court, Jalgaon passed in Petition E-98/2022 is condoned.

(iii) Criminal Revision Application be registered.

(iv) On registration, place the Criminal Revision Application for further consideration on 08.11.2023.

(v) Criminal Application is disposed of.
