1) Heard. Issue notice to respondents, on CA for condonation of delay, returnable after four weeks. Shri Pokharkar, learned Counsel appears for original claimants.
2) Delay of 838 days has occurred in filing the present appeals by the State. Though the learned Counsel appearing for the original claimants has opposed for condoning the delay, for the reasons stated in the application, which according to me are just and sufficient, the delay is condoned. CA for condonation of delay is disposed of. The appeal be registered in
accordance with law.
3) After registration of the appeal, issue notice of appeal to respondents, returnable after six weeks. Shri Pokharkar waives service for respondent. Place the appeal for admission after six weeks.
4) Execution of the impugned Award shall stand stayed on condition that the appellant/applicant deposits the entire amount under the Award with the interest accrued thereon in this Court within a period of 12 weeks from the date of this order. CA for stay disposed of. (P.R.BORA) JUDGE bdv/
