The petitioner's claim is to be decided by the committee. In the earlier round we had directed the committee to decide the proposal by 30.11.2022, still the committee has not been able to decide it. 3.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the committee would need another couple of weeks.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has already been allotted college in the MHT-CET-2023 cap rounds, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the petitioner to appear before the committee tomorrow and direct the committee to conduct necessary hearing and pass the final order by 17.08.2023.
