Heard. In all these matters, we have heard both the sides seeking condonation of delay in filing the tax appeals. The delay is of 132 days.

The learned advocate for the revenue strongly opposes the request.

Considering the nature of the dispute coupled with the fact that the case being demonstrated has not been controverted, the applications are allowed. Delays are condoned subject to the condition that the appellants deposit costs of Rs.2000/- within three weeks qua each appeal. The revenue shall be entitled to claim those costs. [ SHAILESH P.
