Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant undertakes to remove office objections within two weeks from today. In view of the undertaking, the order dated 25th August, 2014 refusing registration of the writ petition is set aside, subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,500/-, to be deposited with the Library, Advocates Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad, within two weeks from today. Payment of costs shall be condition precedent.
