The conviction of present applicant by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Beed in Regular Criminal Case No. 171 of 2011 for the offence punishable under Sections 452, 354 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code for a period of one year's rigorous imprisonment with fine came to be affirmed in Criminal Appeal No. 79 of 2014 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Beed vide order dated

It is informed that the applicant was on bail during the trial and also in appeal and has not jumped any conditions. He has deposited the fine amount in the trial Court.

In view thereof, substantive sentence is suspended and applicant be admitted on bail on the same terms on which he was admitted on bail before the learned trial Court.

Criminal Application stands allowed in above terms.
