1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, the learned AGP and learned counsel for respondent no.3. 2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court, by order dated 4th June, 2018, has directed the appellant to take steps against respondent no.3. The appellant could not take steps within stipulated period, hence, the matter is dismissed. Hence, requested to recall the order as earlier advocate could not take steps but it would not affect on the appellant, who is poor agriculturist. 3] Considering the submissions of the learned counsel and the reasons mentioned in the application, the
