We have heard Mr. Rathod, learned Counsel for the petitioner. Learned A.G.P. has placed on record the communication dated 16th December 2020 to suggest that fresh reservations would be made after 15th January 2021. 2.

As the fresh reservation process is to be undertaken, Mr. Rathod, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that his objection be considered.

Naturally, if fresh reservations are being made, the petitioner may agitate his grievance at the appropriate time. 4.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
