The notice was issued to respondent No. 3, the same was served. The respondent No. 3 did not appear. This Court thereafter issued notice of final disposal to respondent No. 3. The notice of final disposal is also served upon respondent No. 3, still none appears for respondent No. 3.

We have heard Mr. Wakure, learned advocate for the petitioners, the learned A.G.P. and Mr. V.B. Deshmukh, learned advocate for respondent No. 2.

The learned counsel for respondent No. 2 on

WP No.1691/21 instruction submits that the final decision will be taken with regard to the construction permission of the petitioners and the order of stay passed within four weeks.
