We have heard Mr. Awasarmol, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Choudhari, learned counsel for the respondent. 2.

The petitioner, it appears, is assailing the notice dated 09.07.2019 wherein 30 days notice is given to pay the amount, else the property would be placed in auction.

If any action is taken under section 13(4) of the Secularization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, the petitioner has a remedy before the Debt Recovery Tribunal. The petitioner is at liberty to avail the said remedy.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open.
