Dhorde, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.2 to 4 submits that application filed by the State for leave to file appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal has been rejected by the learned Single Judge of this Court. He has produced certified copy of order dated 3rd November, 2014 passed in Criminal Application No.3156 of 2013.
