The application is filed for anticipatory bail. Both the sides are heard. This court has perused the papers of investigation.

This Court has already granted interim anticipatory bail.

There is a dispute over water which gets clogged in the field of the complainant. Allegations are made that the applicant's side is not creating canal for taking the water out and that has damaged the field of the complainant. When the complainant side was creating

-:(2):- such canal quarrel took place and in the quarrel abuses were given by the applicants by taking name of the caste of the complainant which is scheduled caste. In view of the nature of dispute and the place where the incident took place, protection needs to be given to the applicants.

The application is allowed. Interim bail granted in favour of the applicants, is confirmed.
