The present application is filed for modification of the order. The learned counsel submits that under order dated 7th of September 2021, this Court had observed that 84 R land of the petitioner is affected. The Court had also referred to two sale deeds. The petitioner nowhere contends that 84 R land of the petitioner is acquired.
