Mr. Narwade learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal of the petitioner for starting Typewriting Institute has been rejected on untenable ground. No deficiency exists. All the documents alongwith application were submitted. Initially when the application was rejected, the ground that the application was not submitted within stipulated time was not raised.

We have heard learned Addl.G.P.

It appears that the petitioner has produced documents about which the deficiency is shown earlier. Considering that the petitioner is prosecuting since 1/2

2015 and also had approached this Court earlier, we direct the respondents to reconsider the proposal of the petitioner on its own merit and in accordance with law and shall not reject it on the ground that it was not filed in all respect till the cutoff date. The respondents shall decide the application/proposal expeditiously, preferably within two months.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
