We have heard Mr. Biradar, the learned advocate for the petitioner.

In normal course we would have entertained the petition to the extent of release of vehicle. However, it appears that, the petitioner has filed appeal and made prayer for release of the vehicle. Same is rejected.

In view of that, the petitioner has to file second appeal or revision and make prayer for release of vehicle.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

The petitioner shall file second appeal within a period of eight days from today and the said appeal shall be decided within a period of one (01) month from the date of filing of appeal.
