The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2 and submits that in case the proposal is pending the respondent no.2 would decide the same on its own merits.

In case proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Exhibit-E) is pending with the respondent no.2 then the respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within four months. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
