Heard the learned Advocate for the applicants. He submits that the applicants have already surrendered on 19.09.2022 before the Court below and now they are sent to Magistrate'

s custody. He submits that the sentence is a short sentence of one year. The revision application will take some time for hearing and therefore he prays for suspension of sentence and prays for release of the applicants on bail.

Considering the submissions, the following order is passed :-

ORDER

i) The application is allowed.

ii) The substantive sentence awarded to the applicants by the

( 2 ) cria3052.22 learned Judicial Magistrate, Umri dated 06.12.2016 in RCC No.266 of 2011 and confirmed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Bhokar by order date 23.08.2022 in Criminal Appeal No.2 of 2017 stands suspended.

iii) The applicants are directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.15000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) and one solvent surety in like amount each.

iv) Bail to be furnished before the Trial Court.
