This Writ Petition has been filed for seeking direction to respondent no. 2 - Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within stipulated period.

We, therefore, direct respondent no. 2 - Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of two months from today.

Till the caste claim of the petitioner is decided, respondent no. 3 shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner. 4.
