Learned advocate for the respondent/Zilla Parishad, Latur tenders across the bar copy of communication addressed to the Registrar of this Court together with order dated 19.03.2024. Out of seven petitioners, only petitioner No. 1/Balaji Madhavrao Sontakke has been held to be entitled to the benefit of one advance increment and appropriate order has been passed on 19.03.2024. Rest of the petitioners have been held to be not entitled to derive the benefit and separate orders have been passed and are being communicated to them. Copy of the

In the light of the above, nothing survives in the contempt petition. Contempt petition is disposed of. Needless to state the petitioners who are aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent/Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Latur would have every remedy to challenge the order independently.
