The learned Advocate for the applicants petitioners submits that this Court has granted ad interim protection by order dated 27/07/2016. The litigating sides have settled their disputes and intend to place the settlement terms on record in RCS No.131/2004.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is disposed off with the observation that the Trial Court would be at liberty to record the settlement between the litigating sides and the ad interim protection granted by this Court dated 27/07/2016, shall not be an impediment.
