Petitioners are praying for setting aside order passed on 13.09.2013 appointing administrator to administer the functions of respondent no. 4 - Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee, Pathardi, in place of the Managing Committee whose term has come to an end. 2.

Since the order dated 13.09.2013 has taken effect and more than 1 1⁄2 year has passed since the date of assumption of charge by the administrator, the prayer made by petitioners for quashing said order does not deserve consideration and the same is rejected. So far as the request made by petitioners for issuance of directions to respondents to hold election for electing Managing Committee of respondent no. 4 is concerned, said request can be considered in view of the statement made on behalf of respondents 2 and 3 to the effect that the process of election would be

The statement made on behalf of respondents 2 and 3 is accepted and it is directed to concerned respondents to hold elections to respondent no. 4 within a period of six months from today.
