The Petitioner before us seeks a partnership share in CL-III Licence No.17 at Gangakhed, Taluka Gangakhed, District Parbhani, which was earlier standing in the name of her father. After his demise, it was held by her mother. After the demise of her mother, the brother is now enjoying the licence. An application to the District Collector raising such objection against the brother and for opposing the transfer of the licence from the mother to the brother, is pending since March, 2024. 2.

In view of the above, let the issue raised by the
