Mrs. Lomte holding for Mr. Salunke, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that this is an application for separation of appeal. Earlier the an appeal was jointly filed by both the accused i.e. Criminal Appeal No. 381/2007. Now for the reasons stated in the application,

908.Cri.Appln.3056-2022.doc the Appellant No.1 wants to file separate appeal for him alone. Considering the application and submissions, the Applicant is permitted to supply another said appeal memo and the paper book. 2.

Learned Advocate has already appeared for Appellant No.2 after the death of original advocate, who had initially filed Criminal Appeal No.381/2007, one of the reasons stated in the application is that the Applicant wants to engage another lawyer, since earlier advocate who was engaged.

The Office is directed to register the appeal for the Applicant. Needless to say that the same always be tagged with Criminal Appeal No.381/2007. The Applicant is further permitted to delete his name from Criminal Appeal No.381/2007. The Appellant No.4 in Criminal Appeal No.381/2007 to continue with the said appeal. 4.

The Criminal Application is disposed of.
