The petitioner is merely seeking correction in the spelling of the scheduled tribe nomenclature appearing in her tribe certificate received by her in Form C on 14 May 2010. 2.

It appears that she has submitted requisite application in physical form on 03 March 2021 (Exhibit - B) with the office of the respondent No. 2/Competent Authority.

The request is innocuous, however, we are not sure if on 03 March 2021, the application for issuance of certificate was required to be filed/submitted online.

Be that as it may, we dispose of this petition by permitting

2 wp 9023.24 the petitioner to make a fresh application online with request for correction of the spelling in the tribe certificate and for issuance of fresh one. She shall appear before the respondent No. 2 on 30 August 2024, surrender her original tribe certificate to the respondent No. 2 and thereafter, the respondent No. 2 shall issue her fresh certificate in the prescribed format with correct spelling within a period of two (02) weeks thereafter.
