The learned counsel seeks leave to delete respondent nos.3 and 4. Leave granted at the risk of the petitioner.

The learned counsel submits that petitioner would restrict the petition only to the extent of seeking direction against respondent no.2 to decide his representation for seeking applicability of the said pension scheme.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents.

In case, representation of the petitioner as contended (Page Nos.35 and 36) is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide
