2 WP 11730 of 2016 ORAL JUDGMENT :
1) Rule, rule made returnable forthwith. By consent, heard both sides for final disposal. 2) The petitioner has claimed relief of direction to the respondent, his employer for supplying him copies of papers of departmental enquiry held against him. It is submitted that in the past the copies of the documents were supplied to him but they are missing and so he asked for supply of those copies. The petitioner is asking for photo copies of that record. Such record must be with the respondents.
3) The petition is allowed. The respondents to supply copies to the petitioner on payment of necessary charges within two months after after deposit of the charges. In those terms the petition is allowed. Rule made absolute accordingly.
