The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made application with regard to the transfer (page no. 42). 2.

Mr. Pulkundwar, learned counsel appears for respondent Nos. 2 and 3. The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent No. 1. 3.

Mr. Pulkundwar, learned counsel submits that before lapse of three (03) years, the petitioner cannot make application. 4.

All the aspects can be considered by respondent No. 2 while deciding the application of the petitioner. The respondent No. 2 may decide the application of the petitioner (page no. 42) on its own merits,
