Upon perusal of the investigation papers and the contents of the F.I.R., particularly dying declaration reflects that, there is hardly any evidence available against the present applicant for involvement in crime in question coupled with the fact that the applicant, having married is residing with her husband at some other place than the place of incident.

In view thereof, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to order the release of the applicant on bail. Hence I propose to pass following order:-

4752.15crapln -2- (a) In the event of arrest, the applicant be released on bail, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with one surety in the like amount, in Crime No. 62/2015 registered with the police station, Hatta, Taluka Basmath, District Hingoli for the offence punishable under sections 307, 498A, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. (b) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station initially for two days every day between 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a. m. and thereafter as and when called.

(c) The applicant shall keep herself away from the jurisdiction of the concerned police station, but for attendance, till filing of chargesheet.
