1) Learned counsel Shri. Pawar submits that he has filed appearance for the claimants in all the matters. Both the sides are heard.
2) Delay of 759 days is caused in filing appeals against the judgment and award of the Reference Court. In view of the contentions made in the applications and
2 CA 3583/2013 group the submissions made that time was required for obtaining certified copy, then in processing the matters and getting sanction at various levels, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. So, all the applications for condonation of delay are allowed. Delay is condoned. 3) Learned Assistant Government Pleader is heard. Call record and proceedings. List the matters for final disposal at admission stage on 28th July 2016. 4) Subject to deposit of the entire amount of compensation within 12 weeks from today there is stay to the execution of the judgment and award. If the amount is not deposited within this time it is to be presumed that there is no stay to the execution. In those terms the applications for stay are allowed and disposed of. Sd/- (T.V.
