Learned APP for the Respondent / State submits that she has instructions from the Superintendent of Dharashiv District Prison that the Appellant died during the medical treatment on 28.06.2024. She tenders across the bar the documents in that regard which are wireless message and the letter from the concerned Jail. The same are taken on record and collectively marked as Exhibit "X" for the purpose of identification.
