Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the Government Resolution dated 08.03.2019, grievance of some of the petitioners has been redressed. However, some of the petitioners seek to challenge the Government Resolution dated 08.03.2019, more particularly, clauses therein.

In the light of above, writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to assail the Government Resolution as may be permissible in law. In that respect, contentions of all the parties are kept open.
