Learned counsel Mr. Bora states that, earlier on a similar

CA 10484-2017 request had been made for withdrawal of writ petition against respondents No.17 to 27, 30, 32 and 38 to 41 and the said request had been granted.

Learned counsel Mr. Patil for respondents No.10 to 16 concurs in view of aforesaid.

At the request of learned counsel for applicants/ appellants, writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn against respondent No.4 and 9 to 16, and stands disposed of as such.

This withdrawal shall not prejudice the case of other respondents who are on record.

5.

Civil application accordingly stands granted in terms of prayer clause (B), and is disposed of.
