The petitioners seek to challenge the order of the Additional Divisional Commissioner, dated 21/06/2018 pertaining to the mutation entries. The civil litigation in the form of the Second Appeal filed by respondent No.4 herein, is said to be pending before this Court.

The learned AGP points out that the petitioner has a statutory remedy in preferring the Second Revision under Section 257 of the MLR Code in view of the judgment of the Honourable Apex Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra, [2015 (6) Mh.L.J. 915].

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to avail of the statutory remedy. If such a revision is preferred within four weeks from today, the time spent by the petitioners in this Court from 27/08/2018 till the passing of this order, shall be a ground for condonation of delay, if any.
