The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing the present Writ Petition, the subsequent development has taken place. The petitioners have filed the representation with respondent No. 1 on 06.03.2019 to recall the notice dated 17.08.2018 terminating dealership of the petitioners. The respondent has not taken any decision upon it.

The respondent-Authority may take decision on the representation given by petitioners on 06.03.2019 (Exh.'I'- Application) on its own merits in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months.

In case the representation is not decided favourably by respondent, then the petitioners may agitate their grievance afresh. 4.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

In view of the disposal of the Writ Petition, the Civil Application also stands disposed of.
