Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

The applicant has filed Civil Application No. 11546 of 2012 for stay. As per order dated 12.10.2012 ad interim stay to the impugned award on condition that the applicant deposits the entire amount under the award within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of order, has been granted. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant has deposited entire award amount on 23.10.2012. Therefore Civil application is disposed of. Stay granted as per order dated 12.10.2012 to continue till appearance of the respondent in the appeal.
