Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

After hearing the learned counsel, it is transpired that he has a grievance against the accused that after admitting him on bail, he is visiting along with his friends at the place of his residence. In a nutshell, his arguments are towards the breach of bail conditions. 3.

The law is well settled in the case of Gurucharan Singh & Ors vs State (Delhi Administration), 1978 AIR 179, that if any condition of bail has been violated, the cancellation of bail has to be sought before the Court which has granted the bail. The learned Special Judge (POCSO Act), Aurangabad, has granted the bail to the accused. Hence, the application does not lie before this Court. For this reason, the application stands disposed of.
