Dnyandeo Ramji Bade v. The State Of Maharashtra And Others
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
BENCH AT AURANGABAD 81 WRIT PETITION NO. 9942 OF 2016 DNYANDEO RAMJI BADE
VERSUS
THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA AND OTHERS
CORAM:
VIJAY S.KULKARNI REGISTRAR (JUDL) DATED:
27/02/2017 1.
Perused record and proceedings. The objection notified by the office is that copies for issuing notices to respondent nos.1 to 4 have not been furnished by the petitioner till this date. It is the matter of record that about four chances have been given to the petitioner for removing the objection. However, no steps have been taken by the petitioner. There are in all four respondents in the petition. None is present on behalf of the petitioner. There is no leave note filed by the learned Advocate for the petitioner for today's date. Thus, it appears that the petitioner is not really interested in taking steps and to furnish the copies of petition for issuing notices to respondent nos.1 to 4. In the result, I proceed to pass following order.
ORDER
The petition against respondent nos.1 to 4 stands dismissed for failure to prosecute.
