Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has approached the Collector way back in 2004 and thereafter in the year 2014 for correction of the award dated 20/12/2001 for conversion of village Miraj-KurudwadiLatur Meter Gauge Railway line. He submits that, nothing has been done in the said representation by the concerned authorities. He submits that, he restricts the petition to the prayer clause (C) i.e. direction to decide the representations dated 30/8/2004 and 9/9/2014.

The learned A.G.P. appearing for respondents No.2 and 3 submits that, appropriate orders be passed. 3.

None appears for respondents No.1, 4 and 5.

In view of the above submissions and the limited relief restricting to prayer clause (C), we grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority with a fresh representation within a period of two weeks. If the petitioner approaches the authorities with fresh representation, the same shall be considered and decided on its own merits in accordance with law after hearing the parties in whose favour the award has been passed, within a period of six months thereafter.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
