It is submitted that, the order of this Court is complied. However, fixation has not been properly done. It is further submitted that, the respondent No. 2 has directed the respondent No. 4 to take steps for correction of the pension amount. 2.

In view of the above, contempt stands purged. The contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.

The respondent No. 4 shall take steps as suggested by the respondent No. 2 expeditiously.
