The applicant and respondent No.2 are present before the Court. They are identified by their respective Advocates. They voluntarily admit the terms of settlement now read over and explained to them. The terms of settlement have been verified by them before the Registrar (Judicial). The terms of settlement are valid. They are accepted.

In view of the amicable settlement between the applicant and respondent No. 2, further proceedings are required to be stopped and the FIR bearing Crime No. I102 of 2016, registered with Police Station, Newasa,

CRIAPLN4678-2016 District Ahmednagar on 2nd May, 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code will have to be quashed and set aside. Accordingly, the said FIR is quashed and set aside. The criminal application stands disposed of.
