By this application under section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, applicant seeks appointment of arbitral Tribunal, in terms of clause 15 of partnership deed dated 02.09.2009, executed between the parties. By notice dated 26.05.2017, applicant called upon respondents to appoint arbitral Tribunal by suggesting the name of Mr. Sachin Vallabhdas Lathi, Chartered Accountant, M/s. Lathi & Associates, Aurangabad, to be the arbitral Tribunal for settlement of dispute. Said notice is not replied by the respondents. 2.

In spite of service, none appears for respondents . Contentions of the applicant in the application have remained uncontroverted. In that view of the matter, application is Bhagyawant Punde
