The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that the 'Nikahnama' produced by the petitioner has been referred to Forensic Department at Pune. The report is awaited. Upon receipt of the report the committee would decide the said proceeding expeditiously. The learned A.G.P. submits that 15 days time would be required. 2.

The committee shall issue reminder to the Forensic Department to give the report expeditiously, considering that it is the matter of student and the committee is directed to decide the proceeding by this Court. The said reminder be issued immediately. 3.

On receipt of the forensic report, the petitioner may file his 1/2

58.odt say to the forensic report, if it is against him, within a day or two and the committee shall thereafter decide it within eight days of the receipt of the say from the petitioner.
