It is the grievance of the petitioner that his land is affected by the road widening activity. It is a State Highway going through the land of the petitioner at Dhad-Mahora-Rajur segment (State Highway No.226). The petitioner owns Gat Nos.259, 260 and 261.

Having considered the submissions of the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP, this Writ Petition need not be kept pending. As such, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the following directions :- (a) Respondent No.3 shall tender the proposal for

*2* 934wp10070o19 acquisition to respondent No.1, provided there is no legal impediment, on or before 30.07.2022.

(b) Respondent No.1 would thereafter, proceed in accordance with the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and ensure that the award is delivered within one year as is prescribed. (c) In the event of their being any dispute or legal impediment, the said issue is left open.
