PER COURT :- 1.

This Court has passed the following order on 6.6.2022 while deciding the main writ petition :- 1] The operative part of the award passed in Ref.IDA/No.93 of 2003 stands modifed in following terms :- (i) The reference is answered in favour of the petitioner against the respondent.

(ii) The petitioner-frst party is directed to pay compensation of Rs.5,00,000/- to the RespondentSecond party, within a period of six weeks from today.

Instead of paying the amount of compensation and costs to the respondent, petitioner Bank has deposited the same in this Court. Civil application is fled for permission to withdraw the amount.

Mr. Vasmatkar h/f Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel appearing for petitioner/Bank submits that he has no objection to withdraw the amount.

Civil application is accordingly allowed. The applicant in civil application (respondent in writ petition) is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.5,25,000/- deposited in this Court alongwith accrued interest. Civil application is disposed off. ( SANDEEP V. MARNE, J. ) ...
