15th September, 2017 PER COURT :- 1) By this Civil Application, the applicants seek to implead new parties in place of respondent Nos.2 and 3. The respondent No.2 has expired. Respondent No.3 has retired from service. The applicants have filed a Contempt Petition against all the three parties. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the applicants does not press this Civil Application and submits that the notice before admission be issued upon respondent No.1 at new address agreed to be furnished by the applicants in the office. The submission is accepted.

2) The learned counsel for the applicants shall provide fresh address of respondent No.1 to the office within one week from today. 3) Office is directed to issue notice to respondent No.1 returnable on 4th October, 2017 in the Contempt Petition. Hamdast is permitted. It is made clear that this notice is not a show cause notice under the

4) If the Government Pleader's office is instructed to appear for the respondent No.1, a note of appearance may be filed. 5) Civil Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
