The learned counsel for the applicant has placed on record letter written by his client Mr. Omprakash Jaipal Terkar. The photocopy of the letter is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. The letter indicates that the matter has been settled before the Civil Court and in view of the settlement, request is made to the advocate to withdraw the present CRA. In view of the above instructions received from the client, the learned counsel for the applicants seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present CRA.
