Respondents are served but there is no affidavit-in-reply filed for opposing this application. However, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2 state that, there is no satisfactory reason given in the application hence, she opposes this application.

I have perused the application and reasons given in the application are satisfactory. For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A', which reads as under :

"A) The Hon'ble High Court may pleased to condone the delay of 99 days caused in filing the Second Appeal and issue appropriate orders for the said purpose." 6.

Office is directed to list the Appeal from Order on 8th February, 2023.
