Mr. Suryawanshi, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was appointed as a Shikshan Sevak after following due selection procedure. The Head Master submitted proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner, however, same is not yet decided by the Education Officer.

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

In case proposal seeking approval to the appointment of
